Project Difficulties

In response to this problem, Rittal joined hands with Tingfeng Data to propose a solution to customers using FR IT electrical cabinets through active communication and professional services, so as to meet customers' stringent requirements for equipment professionalism and cost performance. Faced with the questions from customers of Rittal Air Conditioners, Rittal's sales staff responded to customer needs in the first time, actively provided sample cabinets for trial, and locked the delivery date in time to deliver to the customer's site on time. After the customer received the finished FR IT electric cabinet, he confirmed that it adhered to Rittal's excellent product quality requirements. Its product features such as a through-hole rate of 75%, a load capacity of 1,500kg, and a variety of accessories are available, which is very in line with its requirements. For product requirements, it was immediately decided to sign an order with Rittal for up to 200 sets of Rittal cabinets.
