Recently, Rittal China issued a notice that in order to further optimize the distribution cabinet product line, the TS8 Ri4Power series products will be delisted and the new generation of VX25 Ri4Power series products will be launched to meet the increasingly diverse needs of customers.
TS8 Ri4Power official delisting time
TS8 Ri4Power distribution cabinets and related products (including high-current copper busbar systems, internal sheet metal accessories, and ISV installation kits, etc.) will officially withdraw from the market on February 1, 2025. By then, the inventory of related products will be cleared, and the inventory in the sales cabinet will be locked, and no new orders will be accepted.
VX25 Ri4Power is officially launched
Rittal's newly launched VX25 Ri4Power distribution cabinet series was officially launched on September 24, 2024. This series has been comprehensively optimized compared to the TS8 product in terms of overall configuration, while maintaining the price system of the TS8 series, providing customers with more efficient and flexible distribution solutions.
Non-standard customization support continues
In response to the continued needs of customers' existing projects, Rittal promises to continue to provide technical support for non-standard customization solutions after delisting to ensure the smooth progress of customer projects. Relevant support will be supplemented according to specific project requirements.
In order to facilitate customers to quickly understand new products, Rittal China has simultaneously released the Chinese sample and promotional materials of VX25 Ri4Power. Each sales team should communicate with customers in a timely manner to help customers make product replacements and plans to ensure a smooth transition of the project.
